mostar

If you want to get to know the remains of the Orient then you need to go to Mostar. A place where Eastern and Western culture, religion and architecture meet. This combination has left a deep impact on Mostar and is therefore the center of visits of most tourists who come to Dalmatia. Stroll across the restored “Old Bridge” and the old winding streets with many small shops where old traditional crafts are nurtured. We take you to lunch where you will be served the most famous Bosnian specialty “čevap” and others.

sarajevo

Visit Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A city that has played a significant role in the history of the world. A place of three nations, three religions with a centuries-old culture where the influences of the Orient and Christian culture mix. See a blend of old and modern architecture. Taste traditional gastronomy that will delight you.

bosnian pyramids

Are the pyramids built as tombs or as huge energy machines that serve for interplanetary communication and is the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids writing a new history or is it just a skillful marketing trick …The story of the Bosnian pyramids and researcher Semir Osmanagic has been attracting attention for 12 years and provoking divided and skeptical reactions from the public. While the cultural elite in Bosnia and the world is mostly categorical on the view that this is a marketing ploy and fabrication, Visoko, a town in Bosnia, has been attracting hundreds of thousands of volunteers, experts and tourists from around the world for more than a decade. The founder of the Valley of the Bosnian Pyramids Foundation does not seem to care too much about harsh criticism and ridicule, but gives lectures on the Bosnian miracle around the world, and archeological discoveries such as a network of tunnels and stone blocks support the thesis that the hills in Visoko did not form naturally.            by Jelena Vučićević
